- Customer and contractor relationships: Build trusted relationships with members, contractors and community customers; ensure concerns, quotes, orders and deliveries are followed through to completion.
- Operations: Maintain consistent standards for opening and closing, merchandising, receiving, yard operations, deliveries, housekeeping, equipment and facility readiness.
- Inventory: Improve inventory accuracy, turns and availability through disciplined ordering, receiving, cycle counts, markdowns, write-downs and management of aged or obsolete stock.
- Sales growth: Develop local sales opportunities, support contractor and project business, strengthen product knowledge and ensure timely, accurate quoting and follow-up.
- Safety and compliance: Maintain a safe workplace and ensure compliance with Co-op policies, occupational health and safety requirements, asset-protection practices and applicable regulations.
- Planning and communication:
Translate Association priorities into clear operating plans, owners, timelines and measures; provide timely updates on results, risks and required decisions.
