Role Description The Remote Life Insurance Advisor role at AO Elite Advantage is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. In this role, the advisor consults with individuals and families to assess their insurance needs, explains product options, and recommends appropriate life, accident, and supplemental health coverage. Daily responsibilities include meeting with prospective clients, conducting needs analyses, preparing quotes, processing applications, and following up on leads generated through online and community channels.

The advisor maintains accurate client records, collaborates with team members,



and stays current on product updates and industry guidelines. The role also involves providing ongoing customer service, supporting policyholders with changes and claims inquiries, and contributing to a positive, performance-driven office setting.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge or demonstrated interest in Insurance, particularly life, accident, and supplemental health products.
- Basic understanding of Finance principles to explain affordability, value, and long-term benefits of coverage.
- Experience or aptitude in Consulting, including needs-based assessments and personalized recommendations.
- Proven Customer Service skills with a focus on empathy, responsiveness, and long-term relationship building.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex policies clearly.
- Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced sales environment and meeting performance and service targets.
- Ability to learn and use digital tools and CRM systems for lead management, documentation, and follow-up.
- Relevant licensing or eligibility to obtain required provincial insurance licenses in Ontario.
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or consultative sales is an asset but not mandatory.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to putting clients’ interests first.
