He/She will build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats.

Ops processes Salesforce incidents management Production Go-Live Experience Users and license management which includes but not limited to creating/deactivating new users, create/update roles, profiles, permission sets, OWD, etc.

Managing Sandbox(s) Perform configuration changes, for instance-create/update fields, page layouts, flows, custom settings, reports, dashboards, etc.

Resolve support tickets Review technical deliverables, and resolve defects Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
