About the Role A leading energy infrastructure organization is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support its IS Resiliency Office across Disaster Recovery (DR), Minimum Viable Company (MVC), and operational resilience programs.

The team works at the intersection of technology, risk, and governance, and this role exists to strengthen recovery readiness, sharpen KPI reporting, and keep resiliency testing and remediation efforts moving forward across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate brings at least five years of hands-on business analysis or governance work, knows their way around Power BI, and is comfortable facilitating workshops and building relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.

Someone who can juggle multiple workstreams without losing the thread, communicates clearly in writing and in person, and genuinely cares about making resilience practices better will fit right in here.

Key Responsibilities 1.

Coordinate annual DR testing activities across technology and business teams, including scheduling, readiness reviews, post-test analysis, and remediation tracking 2.

Facilitate application criticality assessments, Business Impact Assessments, and recovery requirement reviews with application owners and business stakeholders 3.

Support development and maintenance of DR plans, recovery playbooks, and operational procedures, ensuring RTO, RPO, and dependency mapping requirements are captured and tracked 4.

Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that measure resiliency performance and surface trends, risks, and opportunities for leadership 5.

Produce KPI, KRI, and executive reporting for governance forums, and prepare scorecards and presentation materials for senior stakeholders 6.

Coordinate vulnerability remediation tracking and reporting across technology teams, supporting risk identification,



issue management, and follow-up 7.

Maintain governance artifacts including action registers, issue logs, and compliance evidence that support internal and external audit activities 8.

Partner with technical and business teams to document processes, map workflows, and identify opportunities to improve resiliency capabilities and governance practices Required Skills & Experience 5 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst, Program Analyst, Governance Analyst, or a closely related role 8 years of overall professional work experience Robust requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops and engaging diverse stakeholder groups Experience developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI Solid understanding of business processes, risk management, and governance practices Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Power
