Select People Solutions is working with a local construction company to find an experienced Foreman / Journeyman Carpenter to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who enjoys being hands-on while taking the lead on site, coordinating crews, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

and site priorities to keep projects on schedule Monitor workmanship, productivity, and safety while addressing issues as they arise Communicate effectively with project management, subcontractors, clients, and other trades Required Qualifications: Journeyman Carpenter certification Strong knowledge of carpentry, construction methods, tools, materials, and jobsite practices Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Valid Class 5 Drivers License with reliable transportation and clean driving abstract Commercial construction experience Bonus Points For: Previous experience in a Foreman, Lead Hand, or similar construction leadership role Right People.
