STAN is looking for an Engineering Team Lead to lead a small, high-impact full-stack team within our 11-person and growing engineering organization.

You''ll report directly to the Director of Engineering and work closely with the product team to ship features that matter.

This is a player-coach role.

You''ll spend your time writing code alongside your team of 23 engineers, leading running sprints, mentoring, driving architecture decisions, and helping hire the people who will define what this team becomes, and helping to drive the product forward.

You''ll have a direct line to engineering leadership and real influence over how we build including how we adopt and leverage AI in our engineering workflows.

This position is based in North York and is currently hybrid in-office.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment and enjoys building teams in person.
