This role involves aiding the Maintenance Manager in overseeing repair, maintenance, and operations of resort facilities while promoting safety and quality. Your leadership will help cultivate a skilled maintenance team dedicated to providing exemplary service and compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and assist maintenance on site
• Conduct property inspections for safety codes
• Organize inventories of tools and supplies
• Mentor and assist the maintenance team
• Coordinate schedules of external contractors
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in a management or supervisory role
• Broad maintenance knowledge, including plumbing and electrical
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
• Valid BC driver’s license; clean record
• Experience in remote property settings is an asset
