As the Program Manager, you will utilize your experience to create a secure and supportive environment for children and youth who have experienced trauma. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you’ll advocate for client-centred services, ensuring that every individual's unique needs and dignity are respected. You’ll also be essential in conceptualizing and implementing new programs tailored to community needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise program implementation and deliver innovative solutions • Coordinate initiatives with MCFD and community partners • Manage team performance and resolve conflicts constructively • Utilize strong communication skills for effective team interaction • Conduct team training and orient new personnel
Requirements: • Degree in social sciences or related area • 3-5 years of experience in health management • Knowledge of complex behaviours and trauma-informed practices • Familiarity with relevant regulations and Indigenous practices • Valid driver’s license and reliable travel options
