Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure residents’ care plans are accurately updated
• Administer medications safely and in compliance
• Supervise Unregulated Care Providers in care tasks




• Coordinate nursing staff assignments for efficient care
• Address and resolve resident concerns effectively
Requirements:
• Must hold a current Registered Nurse registration
• Experience with senior care and rehabilitation
• Strong care coordination and communication skills
• Proficiency in time management and critical thinking
• Current Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening necessary
