support to district both in the office and various site locations Logging IT related support calls Deployment of hardware Assisting in the maintenance of the IT work areas Handling equipment audits & shipments Creating process documentation Assisting Systems & Office Administrators in a variety of other systems related tasks as required Qualifications Knowledge of computers (Microsoft office basic hardware support) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to provide exceptional customer service Previous support experience an asset Next Step: Please note that candidates selected to move forward will receive an email to complete a short online video interview.
