Job Title: Press Set Up Operator - Permanent Hire Location: Woodstock, Ontario Work Type: Permanent Salary: $65K/yr Vacancy: Existing vacancy What you''ll do Setting up and operating punch presses and stamping presses.
Inspecting product as per SOPs Ensuring all proper equipment has guarding in place.
Loading of coils onto un-coilers.
Complete all set ups and first-offs with machine operators.
Able to troubleshoot, adjust sensors etc.
Continuous operation of press during break periods, covering for the regular press operators on identified equipment.
Follow health and safety standards, policies and procedures What Youll Bring Minimum of grade 12 or equivalent Minimum of 1 year experience in metal stampings or forming.
Ability to operate a Crane independently and safely to become Crane Certified.
Mechanically inclined.
Good communication skills.
