Job Title: Full stack Java Developer Experience Level: Level 3 (senior): 5-7 years Location: Montreal (Day 1 onboarding onsite/in office presence 3x/week) Position Description: EC Data & Analytics Technology (DAT) is the Enterprise Computing organization responsible for delivering and operating the firm''s data platforms, analytics capabilities, database technologies, reporting solutions, and data-driven services that enable secure, scalable, and reliable business insights across the enterprise.

Major duties and responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain distributed Java applications in a Linux environment.

Participate in design sessions and code review to drive high-quality and maintainable software.

Support testing activities to ensure software reliability, performance, and stability.





Collaborate closely with team members to deliver business critical functionality.

Leverage up-to-date AI tools and agentic workflows to boost productivity and software quality. QUALIFICATIONS Strong expertise in Java development with experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools.

Proven experience in developing distributed, performance-critical, and highly available systems.
