POSITION: Long-Term Occasional Teacher – French as a Second Language & Prep

LOCATION: Holy Cross Catholic School, Sault Ste. Marie, ON

EFFECTIVE DATE: Immediately

ANNUALIZED SALARY: $52,971 – $119,945

The Board is looking for an occasional teacher who is a solid communicator, has strong interpersonal skills and is a team player.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- (OCT Candidates) Primary Division, Junior & Intermediate Divisions
- (OCT Candidates) French as a Second Language, Part 1

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- (OCT Candidates) French as a Second Language, Specialist
- (OCT Candidates) Religious Education in Catholic Schools, Part 1
- (OCT Candidates) Special Education, Part 1
- (Non-Certified Teacher Candidates) Prior teaching and/or training experience in a classroom setting
- (Non-Certified Teacher Candidates)



Bachelor’s degree and/or pursuing BEd

First consideration will go to OCT-qualified teachers, however at this time we will also accept applications from non-certified teachers.
