This role is responsible for unloading deliveries, processing inventory in the POS system, managing product flow to the sales floor, and handling write-offs and returns.This is a full-time position; compensation $23.00 – 25.00/hourResponsibilities Receive, verify, and process incoming shipments from vendors and internal transfersAccurately check deliveries against purchase orders and packing slipsIdentify, document, and communicate discrepancies, damages, or shortagesManage product flow from truck offloading to appropriate staging areas and onto the sales floorEnsure product is handled, stored, and rotated safely and correctlyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving areaEnter received inventory into the POS system accurately and in a timely mannerPrint and apply price stickers, barcodes, and product labels as requiredProcess inventory write-offs for damaged, expired,



or unsellable merchandisePrepare and manage RTVs (Return to Vendor), including documentation and system entryMaintain organized and accurate receiving recordsSupport inventory counts, audits, and seasonal changeoversPhysical Requirements Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs regularlyComfortable standing, walking, bending, crouching, and reaching for extended periodsAbility to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions as requiredQualifications & Skills Previous receiving, warehouse, or retail inventory experience preferredExperience working with POS or inventory management systems an assetStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, seasonal environmentClear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team membersWhy You'll Love Working Here At GARDENWORKS, we offer a culture that values a healthy, fulfilling work-life balance.
