We at Trycewell Partners have been directly engaged to lead the search for an experienced Project Manager.

This newly created, highly customer-facing position will oversee multiple projects from handover through design, fabrication, delivery, and closeout, while providing leadership to a 3 person engineering and design team.

Responsibilities Manage multiple projects from award through final delivery and closeout Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle Maintain strong customer relationships and provide clear, consistent project updates Coordinate project requirements across Engineering, Design, Procurement, Production, Scheduling, Finance, and Service Monitor project schedules, budgets, deliverables, risks, and overall progress Address scope changes, scheduling concerns, technical issues, and customer requirements Ensure project documentation, reporting, and internal communication remain accurate and current Provide direction and support to the Project Engineer, Lead Designer,



and Support Designer Escalate significant project risks or commercial concerns to a VP when required Support the successful delivery of projects in accordance with customer expectations, contractual requirements, and company standards Qualifications Previous project management experience within a manufacturing, fabrication, or engineered-equipment environment Solid customer-facing experience with the ability to manage expectations and build trusted relationships Knowledge of fabricated, skid-mounted equipment Experience coordinating projects across engineering, procurement, production, and scheduling functions Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active projects and competing priorities Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Natural gas compression experience is considered an asset A mechanical engineering degree is considered an asset
