About the Role: Our client in the investment management industry is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Reporting & Consolidation to join their corporate finance team.

This role will have significant involvement in the organizations consolidated financial reporting process, working across multiple entities and partnering with finance teams throughout the business.

The successful candidate will have strong technical accounting knowledge and hands-on exposure to consolidations, including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency entities.

This is an excellent prospect for a CPA with a background in financial reporting, either within a complex corporate environment or public accounting, who is looking to build broader hands-on experience across the full consolidation and reporting cycle.

Responsibilities: Support the end-to-end consolidation and financial reporting process across multiple entities Review, validate and reconcile financial information submitted by various business units to ensure completeness and accuracy Prepare consolidation entries, including intercompany and other elimination entries Support the consolidation of entities operating in multiple currencies Assist with monthly and quarterly close processes, ensuring reporting requirements and deadlines are met Prepare and support consolidated financial statements, related disclosures and management reporting Assist with the preparation and analysis of financial and performance reporting for management and other stakeholders Support accounting activities for corporate entities, including journal entries, account and bank reconciliations, month-end close and standalone financial reporting Work closely with finance teams across the organization to investigate variances, resolve reporting issues and ensure consistency of financial information Support ad hoc financial analysis, reporting initiatives and special projects as required Qualifications: University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline CPA designation strongly preferred or in process near completion 35 years of relevant accounting,



financial reporting and/or audit experience Experience with financial statement consolidation within a multi-entity environment Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting requirements Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to work with and manipulate large data sets Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced reporting environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with finance stakeholders across the organization propos du poste: Notre client, uvrant dans le secteur de la gestion de placements , est la recherche dun(e) Analyste financier(re) principal(e), Information financire et consolidation pour se joindre son quipe de finance corporative.

notamment les critures intersocits et autres critures dlimination Participer la consolidation dentits oprant dans diffrentes devises Contribuer aux processus de clture mensuelle et trimestrielle afin dassurer le respect des exigences en matire dinformation financire et des chanciers Participer la prparation des tats financiers consolids, des informations connexes fournir et des rapports de gestion Contribuer la prparation et lanalyse de rapports financiers et de performance destins la direction et aux autres parties prenantes Soutenir les activits comptables des entits corporatives, notamment les critures de journal, les rapprochements de comptes et bancaires, les cltures mensuelles et la prparation dtats financiers individuels Collaborer troitement avec les quipes financires de lorganisation afin danalyser les carts, de rsoudre les enjeux lis linformation financire et dassurer la cohrence des donnes financires Participer des analyses financires ponctuelles, diverses initiatives en matire dinformation financire et des projets spciaux, au besoin Qualifications: Diplme universitaire en comptabilit, finance, administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe Titre de CPA fortement souhait, ou cheminement vers le titre de CPA presque termin De 3 5 annes dexprience pertinente en comptabilit, en information financire et/ou en audit Exprience en consolidation dtats financiers dans un environnement comportant plusieurs entits Solide connaissance des normes IFRS et des exigences en matire dinformation financire Matrise avance de Microsoft Excel et capacit travailler avec dimportants volumes de donnes et les manipuler Grande rigueur et souci du dtail, avec la capacit de grer plusieurs chances dans un environnement dinformation financire au rythme soutenu Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, avec la capacit de collaborer efficacement avec diffrents intervenants financiers travers lorganisation AI may be used to support certain administrative aspects of our recruitment process.
