Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest calls, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests
**Maintain relevant knowledge:**
Stay up to date on hotel services, amenities, and operations
**Support emergency response:**
Relay accurate, detailed information to appropriate teams during emergency situations
**Leverage communication tools:**
Use PBX system, computer applications, and other technology to support daily operations
