Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Cyber Security Project Manager to join their team.

As a Cyber Security Project Manager, you will be part of the cybersecurity department supporting cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:**
Halifax, CA (Remote)
**What's the Job?**
Lead and manage cybersecurity programs to ensure alignment with enterprise goals and frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.

Oversee cross-functional teams to deliver security initiatives and drive continuous improvement across cybersecurity efforts.

Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical leads to prioritize backlogs and ensure risk-based delivery outcomes.

Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory requirements like HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and SOX.

Report program status, KPIs, and risk posture to executive leadership and steering committees, maintaining transparency and accountability.
**What's Needed?**
Minimum 7+ years of experience in program/project management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale initiatives.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity program delivery, including familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and ISO 27001.

Experience managing cybersecurity tools and platforms like Sailpoint, Delina, Azure B2C, Siteminder,



and ITIL service management.

Proficiency with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban to facilitate project delivery.

Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, complemented by a PMP certification.
