**Position Description**
As a **New Graduate Clinician**
at Sick
Kids, you will work with an amazing and diverse interprofessional care team.

**Here's What You'll Need**
**Essential Requirements**
Graduate of an approved Baccalaureate Nursing Program - _recent graduates working towards CNO registration are encouraged to apply_
Temporary Class RN License through the College of Nurses of Ontario, and registration to write the NCLEX-RN within 30 days of your start date
If second attempt, registration to write the NCLEX-RN within 90 days of your start date
Possess less than 1 year of clinical nursing experience in an RN capacity.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to use your critical thinking, problem-solving and teamwork abilities
Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the principles of equity, diversity and inclusivity
**Preferred Qualifications**
Previous clinical placement experience relevant to your units of interest is strongly preferred
Previous clinical placement experience in paediatrics or experience working with children is strongly preferred
Clinical experience or clinical externship experience in an acute care hospital is strongly preferred
