Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to support a leading agriculture and mining organization on a contract running through December 31, 2026, with potential for extension.

This individual will support a large-scale Oracle EBS divestiture initiative involving multiple concurrent workstreams, including environment setup, system configuration, data purging, testing, and migration activities.

The Senior Scrum Master will serve as the central coordination point across multiple technical and business teams, ensuring all activities, dependencies, risks, and deliverables are properly managed within Jira.

This individual will partner closely with program leadership to translate project plans into actionable work, facilitate daily Scrum ceremonies, drive accountability across teams, and proactively identify and resolve roadblocks that could impact project timelines.

This role requires a highly experienced Agile practitioner who can operate independently, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and bring structure to a complex, fast-moving enterprise initiative.

This role is remote.

Occasional travel may be required.

Skills and Requirements
• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Agile Project Manager, Technical Program Manager, or similar Agile leadership role
• Extensive hands-on experience utilizing Jira for:
• Sprint planning and execution
• Backlog management
• Dependency tracking
• Task management
• Agile reporting and dashboards
• Coordination across multiple teams and workstreams
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies including:
• Daily standups
• Sprint planning
• Backlog refinement
• Sprint reviews
• Retrospectives
• Experience supporting any Oracle applications
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence technical teams, business stakeholders, and project leadership
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction and proactively drive project execution • Experience supporting ERP divestitures, carve-outs, mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale enterprise transformations
• Experience working within application sustainment, service delivery, or operational support environments
• Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud, or additional Oracle ERP platform experience
• Experience supporting data migration, data cleansing, workplace separation, or ERP testing initiatives
• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Certified Scrum

Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), PMP, or equivalent Agile certifications
• Experience coordinating distributed teams across multiple business units and vendor organizations
• Background supporting procurement, inventory, maintenance, reliability, finance, or enterprise operational systems
• Experience utilizing Confluence, Azure Dev

Now, or other enterprise Agile delivery tools alongside Jira
