Location: Uptown Centre, 301-3450 Uptown Blvd, Victoria, BC

Day: Mondays starting September 21 - December 14, 2026

Time: 4:30 - 8:00pm

We are seeking motivated PEERS for Teens/Young Adults Instructors to lead social skills training groups for neurodivergent teens. You will deliver the evidence-based PEERS (Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills) curriculum in-person or online, facilitating engaging lessons, group discussions, and ongoing support for participants. Collaboration with social coaches, families, and caregivers is key to ensuring sustained progress.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver PEERS curriculum lessons and facilitate group discussions
- Support participant skill development and track progress
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and social coaches to reinforce learned skills
- Foster an inclusive, supportive workplace that empowers teens

Qualifications:

- PEERS certification for Teens or Young Adults required
- Experience teaching social and communication skills to teens and/or young adults
- Knowledge of neurodivergent populations and family collaboration
- Familiarity with evidence-based social-emotional learning strategies




- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counselling, Psychology, or related fields
