SixFive Stadium Experience | Vancouver, BC / Project-Based Travel

SixFive Stadium Experience develops and integrates right-sized sports infrastructure solutions, bringing together clients, design professionals, specialist suppliers, manufacturers and local delivery partners to move projects from concept to operational venue.

The OpportunitySixFive is seeking a Project Manager to lead the integrated delivery of modular stadium and sports infrastructure projects globally, with a primary focus on North America.

The successful candidate will serve as SixFive’s central project integrator, translating a developed opportunity into a coordinated, permitted, procured, installed and operational venue by mobilizing and integrating the right design, construction, manufacturing and specialist delivery partners.

The role begins at the formal Business Development-to-Delivery handoff and continues through opening, handover and project review. The Project Manager will assume day-to-day responsibility for project delivery while maintaining clear reporting and escalation to the VP, Business Development.

For the right candidate, this is a rare chance to help shape the future of sports infrastructure on a global stage, building venues that communities will gather in for generations, with real ownership and impact from day one.

Reporting & LeadershipThis role reports to the VP, Business Development and works closely with SixFive leadership and project partners.

Following the formal Business Development-to-Delivery handoff, the Project Manager assumes day-to-day project leadership and is responsible for maintaining clear visibility on project status, schedule, budget, key decisions, commercial exposure, risks and critical-path issues.

The Project Manager is expected to drive projects forward independently, while escalating material decisions, risks and commercial matters to the VP, Business Development at the appropriate time.

What You Will Own

- Integrated delivery. Lead assigned projects from handoff through closeout, coordinating the client, authorities, league/competition body, design team, suppliers, manufacturers, GC/site contractors and specialist systems.
- Project controls & reporting. Own visibility across scope and decisions, schedule/critical path,

budget and change, risk/issues, stakeholders/communications, and project documents/compliance. Provide concise reporting to the VP, Business Development on overall project status, forecast, key decisions, risks, commercial exposure and matters requiring leadership escalation.
- Design & interfaces. Coordinate architecture, structural, civil, MEP, modular and stadium systems; resolve interfaces among foundations, utilities, grandstands, modules, lighting, field/turf, broadcast, technology and life-safety.
- Permitting & approvals. Coordinate the approvals strategy, submissions and responses with the client, design team and authorities; protect the critical path through early decisions and escalation.
- Procurement & manufacturing. Coordinate partner-led long-lead releases, shop drawings, production milestones, QA/QC, freight and delivery sequencing with design approvals and site readiness.
- Installation to opening. Coordinate SixFive's interfaces through enabling works, partner-led installation, inspections, commissioning, deficiencies, league readiness, operational testing and first-event preparation.
- Client, stakeholder & partner leadership. Build trusted relationships and represent SixFive effectively with clients and diverse project stakeholders. Lead collaborative discovery and ongoing engagement to understand the needs and intended uses of the venue, bringing relevant needs and perspectives from club leadership and staff, players, fans and community users, funders, leagues and other stakeholders into project requirements and design decisions. Set the communication rhythm, make responsibilities visible and drive decisions to closure.

- Continuous improvement. Capture lessons learned, actual performance and partner feedback; improve SixFive's delivery standards, templates and tools.
