Make a Difference.When customers experience fire, water, or storm damages, rebuilding their property is an key part of helping them move forward.At ServiceMaster Restore of Winnipeg, we're looking for a Rebuild Manager to lead our reconstruction team and take ownership of the rebuild process from start to finish.

You'll lead a team of carpenters, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards.

What You'll Do

- Lead, coach, and develop our rebuild team

- Lead reconstruction projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, and to our quality standards

- Coordinate employees, subcontractors, materials, permits, and inspections

- Conduct quality assurance inspections and address deficiencies promptly

- Collaborate with customers, trade partners, suppliers, adjusters, Project Managers, and internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

- Drive accountability, operational excellence,



and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

- A leader who takes ownership, follows through, and maintains high standards for quality and professionalism
- Experience leading employees and coordinating subcontractors

- Strong residential and commercial construction knowledge

- Understanding of permits, inspections, and building codes

- Strong planning, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service

- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record

- Experience managing multiple crews and projects is an asset

- Restoration industry experience, IICRC certifications, or insurance industry experience are considered assets
