We are looking for candidates with mobility and interest in growth, as we continue to expand across major cities in North America.Job DescriptionThe Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Assistant General Manager (AGM) in the daily operations of Eataly’s full-service restaurants. Reporting to the Restaurant AGM, the Manager oversees front-of-house staff including servers, bartenders, food runners, hosts, bussers, and barbacks.Assists with hiring, training, evaluating, and terminating staffDocuments, investigates, escalates,



and resolves employee and guest incidentsEnsures high service standards are maintained and activities are effectively carried outInspects dining and storage areas for health and safety complianceManages food and beverage needs, supervises ordersReviews sales, inventory, and costs to monitor budgetsCoordinates with staff for restaurant activities and special eventsPerforms other duties as assignedQualificationsAt least 2 years of experience leading or managing a front-of-house restaurant teamUnderstanding of steps of serviceExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsBachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Restaurant Management or Hospitality preferredKnowledge of Italian cuisine and beverages highly preferredJob RequirementsAvailability to work onsite with flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAbility to lift up to 50 poundsMobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending, and squattingFood Handler’s License preferredAdditional InformationEataly is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
