Ability to translate business requirements into detailed system-level designs and configurations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) Demonstrated ability to lead solution workshops, facilitate technical discussions, and align business and technical stakeholders on solution approaches Ability to work effectively in Agile or hybrid delivery environments Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Lucid chart (or similar) Ability to support production environments, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents independently Preferred Skills Experience supporting or participating in D365 F&O implementations Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) operating models Experience working with eCommerce or related integrated platforms
