We're a growing B2B service company building out a bench of skilled, reliable Project Managers to oversee client projects as they come in. This is a flexible, results-driven contractor role — you manage the project, we handle sales and client acquisition. You're compensated as a percentage of the total project value you successfully manage and deliver, giving you direct upside as project size and volume grow.

We are building a roster of 4–5 Project Managers now, ahead of an expected increase in project volume, so early applicants who interview well will be prioritized for the first assignments.

What You'll Do

- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned client projects from kickoff to completion
- - Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communication between our team, contractors/vendors, and the client
- - Track project milestones, flag risks early, and keep everything on schedule and on budget
- - Maintain clear, proactive communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- - Ensure client satisfaction and successful project close-out (which directly ties to your commission payout)
- - Work independently and set your own hours — deliverables and outcomes matter, not clock-in times

Compensation Structure
- You earn a set percentage (discussed and agreed per project, typically in the 5% range depending on project complexity and scope) of the total contracted project value
- - Example: on a $10,000 project, your management fee/commission would be a fixed, pre-agreed share of that value, paid upon project milestones or completion
- - No project = no obligation on either side; this is a flexible,

- - Multiple concurrent projects are possible once you're established, meaning multiple simultaneous commission streams
- - Paid via Wise, Payoneer, or direct bank transfer in your local currency

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing client-facing projects (agency, consulting, freelance, or corporate PM background)
- - Solid organizational and communication skills — comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and moving parts
- - Self-starter who can operate with minimal oversight and take true ownership of outcomes
- - Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar) is a plus
- - Reliable internet access and availability for regular check-ins/updates
- - Comfortable working with a remote, distributed team across time zones
