MT BYTES is looking for a Sales Director to take senior ownership of sales performance in Canada. You will set sales priorities, stay close to important deals, improve forecasting and execution, and help build a team that can win the right customers consistently.

Experience in the Canadian business environment is useful, particularly where the role involves regional relationships. In Canada, we want someone who can develop trusted relationships, understand business needs, and create well-qualified opportunities.

This is a senior role with real ownership. You will be expected to shape the approach, make decisions, and help others execute well.

What you will do

• Work with the team on proposals and commercial opportunities

- Keep CRM and opportunity information current
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Research target companies and identify relevant decision-makers
- Run outreach, discovery calls, meetings, and follow-ups

What we are looking for





• Significant leadership experience in the relevant function

- Robust judgement and ability to make decisions with incomplete information
- Experience building teams, setting priorities, and managing performance
- Excellent communication with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in Canadian B2B sales or technology markets is an advantage.
