As part of Carefor's Retirement Home Care team, you will be responsible for delivering quality nursing care while mentoring staff in their duties. Your role includes the assessment of residents’ health, medication administration, and advocating for timely and effective care in line with the College of Nurses of Ontario standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform comprehensive assessments of residents' health

Requirements:

- RPN Diploma from an accredited institution
- Valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- 3-5 years of relevant nursing experience
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- Prior experience in long-term care preferred
