Role Description The Sr. Full-stack Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications that power gojitech’s AI healthcare platform.

Day-to-day activities include building and integrating front-end interfaces with back-end services, implementing secure APIs, optimizing application performance, and ensuring scalability and reliability of the system. The developer will collaborate closely with product, data,



and clinical teams to translate complex healthcare and AI requirements into robust software solutions. The role also involves code reviews, mentoring other developers, contributing to architectural decisions, and maintaining high engineering standards and documentation.

Qualifications

- Strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience owning features from design through deployment.
- Proficiency in Front-End Development, including up-to-date JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible user interfaces.
- Hands-on expertise in Back-End Web Development, building APIs, integrating databases, and working with scalable cloud-based architectures.
- Experience with version control, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding practices.
- Comfort working with data-driven products, preferably involving AI, analytics, or healthcare workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and mentor less-experienced engineers.
- Experience in healthtech, regulated industries, or claims/formulary systems is an asset.
