ROLE DESCRIPTION The Videographer is a full-time position based in London, ON, with hybrid flexibility. This role is responsible for planning, shooting, and editing video content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and other marketing channels.
Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with strategists and content creators to bring creative briefs to life, setting up cameras and lighting, capturing high-quality video and audio, editing footage, and managing media assets. The Videographer will also maintain equipment, ensure brand consistency across projects, and deliver polished work on deadline.
This role involves working directly with clients and internal teams to turn marketing objectives into engaging, effective visual content.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of professional video production experience, preferably at a creative,
marketing, or media agency, or equivalent freelance experience producing client work.
- 2+ years of experience with professional editing software such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Strong skills across the video production process, including planning, shooting, lighting, and post-production.
- Valid G driver's licence or equivalent, with reliable transportation for client and production shoots.
- Access to a reliable personal computer capable of handling professional video editing and production workflows.
- Ability to work with large video files, external storage, and cloud-based file management systems.
- Proficiency with professional cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment, with the ability to adapt to different shooting environments.
- Experience creating video content for social media, digital marketing, and a variety of formats and platforms.
- Strong visual storytelling, creative problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media best practices for video content.
- Excellent organization and time management, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of professional or client video work.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience working with Milanote, Notion
- Post-secondary education in film, media production, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with drones/aerial work and a drone pilot lisence
