L'associé, Protection des ressources, est principalement chargé de prévenir les pertes financières causées par le vol et la fraude externes. Il assure la mise en œuvre des stratégies de protection des ressources de l'entreprise dans le but de minimiser les pertes. Le titulaire de ce poste doit préserver l'intégrité, soutenir les processus clés de protection des ressources, résoudre les problèmes liés aux activités malveillantes, et prioriser la sécurité des associés et des clients tout en respectant les objectifs du magasin.

Responsabilités

Remarque : Le rôle d'associé, Protection des ressources, peut nécessiter de s'acquitter de responsabilités au sein d'une pluralité de magasins et d'effectuer des déplacements.

- Procéder à des arrestations : Procéder à des arrestations liées à des vols à l'étalage de façon sécuritaire sans contact physique tout en respectant les lois et les politiques de l'entreprise en vigueur.
- Inspecter les éléments de sécurité : Vérifier les éléments de sécurité physique des magasins Home Depot afin de prévenir et de décourager les activités malveillantes; corriger les lacunes avec les équipes de direction des magasins et de la Protection des ressources.
- Documenter les incidents et collaborer : Documenter les incidents criminels sérieux, conserver les preuves conformément aux exigences légales, et collaborer avec les représentants des forces de l'ordre et des tribunaux.
- Établir des partenariats : Établir et entretenir de solides relations de travail avec les forces de l'ordre locales.
- Communiquer efficacement : Maintenir une communication claire et opportune avec son supérieur immédiat afin d'assurer l'harmonisation stratégique.
- Promouvoir la sensibilisation à la protection des ressources : Maintenir une communication ouverte avec les équipes de direction des magasins et les associés en adoptant une approche cooperative pour promouvoir la sensibilisation à la protection des ressources à l'échelle des magasins.
- Respecter la confidentialité : Garantir une confidentialité sans faille en ce qui a trait aux questions délicates et aux enquêtes en cours.
- Suivre la formation adéquate : Répondre à toutes les exigences de Home Depot ainsi qu'aux exigences en matière d'accréditation et de formation liées à la protection des ressources.
- Collaboration avec l'équipe : Travailler de façon dynamique au sein d'une équipe tout en soutenant activement ses collègues afin d'atteindre des objectifs communs.
- Exécuter les tâches supplémentaires :



S'occuper d'autres tâches et responsabilités attribuées par son superviseur.

Expérience et connaissances constituant un atout
- Candidats internes : Satisfaction aux attentes en matière de rendement dans le poste actuel.
- Expérience dans le domaine : Expérience en prévention des pertes ou en sécurité, ou études dans un domaine connexe.
- Connaissances du commerce de détail : Compréhension de l'exploitation du commerce de détail et des stratégies de prévention des pertes.
- Connaissances tactiques : Bonne compréhension de la surveillance du vol externe et des méthodes d'arrestation.
- Compétences : Excellentes compétences analytiques et aptitudes pour la communication verbale et la rédaction de rapports.
- Permis : Permis de sécurité valide, tel que requis par la province.

Programme d'accréditation d'enquêteur : Ce poste permet d'obtenir un permis d'enquêteur sur une période estimée à 18 mois. Pour assurer la continuité du programme, les candidats doivent s'engager à occuper le poste pendant au moins deux ans après avoir obtenu leur permis.

Une fois le programme de formation terminé, l'associé obtiendra une augmentation de salaire et se verra rembourser les dépenses d'accréditation. Si le candidat quitte son poste avant de l'avoir occupé pendant deux ans, l'augmentation de salaire liée à l'obtention du permis sera annulée.
