Summary
Our client is a leading hospitality organization with a significant portfolio of hotel brands across Canada. As the business continues to strengthen its market presence and expand its upscale offering, they are seeking an accomplished Senior Manager, Brand Marketing, Partnerships & Activation to help translate national brand strategy into meaningful commercial results.
This is a senior marketing leadership opportunity for someone who understands the hotel business beyond traditional brand marketing. You know how Marketing, Sales, Revenue Management, Distribution, Loyalty, franchise operations, and property performance fit together, and you can turn that understanding into programs that generate demand, strengthen brand positioning, and create measurable value for hotel owners and operators.
The successful candidate will bring strong above-property hotel sales and marketing experience, ideally gained within a hotel company, brand organization, or multi-property management environment. They will be equally comfortable developing strategy, building business cases, managing high-value partnerships, influencing senior stakeholders, and helping individual hotels activate broader marketing programs within their local markets.
This is a hybrid contract opportunity.
