- Oversee delivery of LSOMs’ assigned portfolio to ensure success - Mentor and train LSOMs for proficient trial management - Monitor portfolio for risks and facilitate issue resolution - Drive collaboration between study strategy and local teams - Manage resource allocation for optimal trial execution
Requirements: - Doctorate degree with 2 years or Master’s with 6 years of experience - 7 years in medically related fields with clinical research - Leadership in managing teams across multiple trials - Prior experience with oversight of clinical vendors - Strong knowledge of regional clinical trial regulations
