My son recently started Montessori, and I am looking for someone kind, reliable, energetic, and engaging to help care for him in the afternoons when he comes home from school.The main responsibility would be preparing his food, feeding him, and spending time with him throughout the afternoon. Some days he will go down for a nap, while other days he may skip his nap altogether and want to play right through until bedtime. He is very attached to me and naturally wants to be with me whenever I am home, so it is especially important that I find someone who is genuinely playful, fun, and engaging and can keep his attention through activities, games, reading, outdoor play, and interaction.I work during the day and have a flexible schedule. Some days I will be working in the office, while other days I will be working from home.



I need someone who is comfortable independently caring for my son when I am away, but who can also confidently keep him occupied and engaged when I am working from home so that I am able to focus on work.When he is napping or having some quiet time, I would appreciate help with light household tasks such as cleaning up the kitchen, sweeping, putting away his toys, folding laundry, and helping keep his areas tidy and organized.I am hoping to find someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with young children, is patient and affectionate, takes initiative, and can become a dependable and familiar part of his afternoon routine.(Full-Time, Part time, Live-Out)For morning, day, evening (for weekends)
