Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator

Mississauga, ON | $24-$26/hour | Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

We're looking for a Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to join our team in Mississauga. This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with technology and Excel, and enjoys working with both customers and field technicians.

You'll coordinate equipment and shipments for multiple customers across Canada, ensuring inventory is accurately tracked, stored, and delivered where it's needed.

What You'll Do

- Receive, organize, and accurately record equipment for different customers and projects
- Track inventory, parts, serial numbers, locations, and shipments using Microsoft Excel and internal systems
- Communicate with field technicians and customers regarding equipment availability and replenishment
- Review upcoming projects and proactively prepare required equipment
- Coordinate urgent equipment requests for repairs and other project needs
- Work with couriers and track packages from shipment through delivery
- Maintain customer records using online platforms and email
- Prioritize competing requests while maintaining accuracy and efficiency

About the Role

You'll manage equipment for multiple customers, including network switches, firewalls, modems, cables, connectors, and other technical equipment. While many products may look identical, each item must be correctly identified and assigned to the right customer and project.

Most equipment is relatively light, generally 5-15 lbs.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Pay: $24-$26/hour
