Job description:

247 Gard is seeking a dedicated and vigilant Mobile Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets. This role involves patrolling designated areas, monitoring surveillance systems, and responding promptly to security incidents. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observational skills, and the ability to operate security equipment effectively. Prior experience in law enforcement or security is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in a energetic environment.

Responsibilities

- Conduct regular patrols of assigned locations to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
- Respond swiftly to alarms or incidents, including potential threats or emergencies.
- Maintain detailed logs of patrols, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes.
- Enforce security policies and procedures to ensure safety protocols are followed by staff and visitors.
- Assist with loss prevention strategies by observing and intervening when necessary.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when required during incidents.




- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors with directions or inquiries when appropriate.

Skills

- Prior experience in law enforcement, security, surveillance, or loss prevention is advantageous.
- Strong observational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to respond calmly and effectively during emergencies or high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and accurately.
- Physical fitness to perform patrol duties over large areas and stand for extended periods.

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
