Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Managers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing client accounts, providing expert insurance advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop existing client accounts to ensure renewal and retention
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products
- Provide clients with comprehensive insurance advice and policy recommendations
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Stay informed about industry trends and insurance products
Experience
- Proven experience in insurance, brokerage, or a related customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and industry practices
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field (preferred)
- Ideally possess relevant insurance licence (e.g. RIBO or OTL)
