Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Controller to lead our finance team and oversee all financial operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing accounting processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining robust internal controls. Your expertise will drive strategic financial planning, support budgeting initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities

- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses to provide transparent insights into company performance.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Supervise payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar platforms.
- Conduct regular account reconciliations and perform detailed account analysis to identify discrepancies or anomalies.
- Develop and monitor budgets, providing forecasts and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.




- Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and best practices in accounting procedures.

Experience

- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a senior accounting role within a fast-paced organization.
- Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or equivalent systems.
- Strong expertise in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and account reconciliation processes.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data critically and prepare comprehensive reports for management review.
- Experience with budgeting processes and financial forecasting to support organizational growth objectives.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
