Responsibilities

- Assist with food preparation and cooking to support the kitchen team during busy service times
- Follow recipes and portion controls to ensure consistent quality and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Support food handling procedures, including proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients
- Help with meal assembly, plating, and garnishing to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Ensure all food service activities comply with health regulations and safety protocols




- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service and uphold the restaurant’s standards

Skills

- Experience in food service or restaurant environments demonstrating familiarity with kitchen operations
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation practices
- Ability to assist with food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly efficiently under supervision
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork in a fast-paced setting
- Basic understanding of serving techniques and customer service principles
- Willingness to learn new skills related to the food industry and kitchen support roles
- Prior experience in the food industry or restaurant experience is preferred but not required
