Overview
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while handling transactions efficiently. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain a positive attitude will contribute to a welcoming shopping experience for our clientele.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately using the cash register.
- Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies.
- Demonstrate product features and provide information to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.




- Provide support in retail sales by promoting current promotions and products.

Qualifications

- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently.
- Ability to demonstrate products effectively to customers.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
