Sunset Grill Cornwall is looking for friendly, dependable, and motivated Servers to join our team. We’re a busy breakfast restaurant, so we’re looking for people who can provide great customer service while staying organized and positive during busy morning and brunch hours.

Position Details

- Position: Server
- Employment: Part-Time / Full-Time
- Shifts: Early morning and daytime
- Location: Cornwall, ON
- Availability: Weekends and holidays

Your Responsibilities

As a Server, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for our guests while keeping service running smoothly.

Your duties will include:

- Welcoming guests and providing friendly, attentive service.
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders.
- Entering orders correctly through the POS system.
- Serving food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Checking on guests throughout their meal and responding to their needs.
- Answering questions about menu items and providing recommendations when needed.
- Communicating with the kitchen and other team members to ensure orders are prepared correctly.
- Processing payments accurately.
- Keeping tables, dining areas, and service stations clean and organized.
- Completing opening, closing, and daily side duties.
- Following restaurant, food safety, and sanitation procedures.




- Helping the team maintain smooth service during busy breakfast and brunch periods.

What You Bring

- Previous serving or restaurant experience is an asset.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A positive and friendly personality.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to remain on your feet and active throughout your shift.
- Availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
