Duties
- Carefully select items from inventory based on order specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Pack products securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit
- Verify orders against packing lists or digital screens before sealing for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided) to move inventory as needed
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment to keep stock levels optimal
- Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper lifting techniques and equipment handling
Experience
- Prior experience in order picking, packing, or warehouse operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods comfortably
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Basic familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory software is a plus but not mandatory
