Journeyman Service Plumber — Edmonton Area

Position: Full time Journeyman Service Plumber
Compensation: Based on experience + performance incentives

We're a small, family focused , established residential plumbing company serving the greater Edmonton area. We're looking for a licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our residential service team, running day-to-day calls throughout Edmonton and the surrounding communities. This is a service-focused role. Diagnosing problems, communicating clearly with homeowners, and delivering quality repairs and installations.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues (leaks, drain clogs, water heaters, fixtures, etc.)
- Install and service water heaters , sump pumps, and other residential systems
- Handle rough-ins and finishing work for residential new builds and renovations
- Work directly with licensed tradespeople and experienced project leads
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings, options, and pricing
- Provide accurate, professional quotes using our standardized pricing system
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and inventory




- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity on every call
- Complete accurate paperwork/digital work orders for each job

Requirements

- Alberta Journeyman Plumber certification (required)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, no distracted driver's infractions.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills — you're the face of the company in someone's home
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in quality workmanship
