Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with a positive attitude
- Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and communicated clearly
- Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering procedures and cash handling responsibilities
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, food handling stations, and service stations in accordance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations

Skills





- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order processing and cashiering
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing, change calculation, and inventory counts
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Experience in upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Kitchen experience or understanding of food preparation processes is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tables while maintaining a friendly demeanor in a fast-paced setting

Pay: $18.25-$19.00 per hour
