We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our outbound sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to local businesses across the United States with one clear objective: booking qualified appointments for our sales team. This is a rapid-paced role that requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a genuine ability to connect with business owners and decision-makers. Responsibilities
- Make a minimum of 150 to 200 outbound cold calls per day to local businesses across the US
- Book a minimum of 3 qualified appointments per day for the sales team
- Engage business owners and decision-makers in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and generate interest
- Handle objections professionally and confidently to secure appointment commitments
- Accurately log every call, update lead status, and record detailed notes in the CRM after each interaction
- Follow up with prospects as needed to confirm appointments and maintain the pipeline
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs consistently
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of booked appointments
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, whether in-person or over the phone (cold calling experience is a strong plus)
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and confident phone presence
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to keep CRM records accurate and up to date
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if working remotely)
- Fluent in English
Compensation
- Base pay: $900 USD / $1,200 CAD per month
- Room for salary increases based on performance
- Bonus structure for exceeding appointment targets
