BODY SHOP ASSISTANT

Thompson Collision & Glass is looking for a reliable Body Shop Assistant to support our collision repair team. What You'll Do

- Cooperate and assists other personnel in preparing all parts required for the job

- Interior and exterior cleaning to meet the shop’s quality standards.

- Maintain the cleanliness of the shop through sweeping and removing garbage

- Working with others to remove and install windshields

- Receive and verify all incoming parts shipments

- Accurately enter shipments into the computer system then label parts

- Organize and store parts in designated locations within the department

- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and organization

- Perform minor repairs to vehicles as directed

- Additional duties as assigned by management

What We're Looking For

- Valid Driver's License (Mandatory)

- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.





- Strong organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks.

- Ability to safely lift, lower, carry, and move light to heavy items.

- Physical stamina for an active role that may require standing for extended periods.

- Strong teamwork and communication skills.

- Proactive approach and ability to complete tasks on time.

- Experience working in an automotive repair environment is an asset
