Receptionist – Temporary to Permanent

About Our Client

Our client is looking for a receptionist who can provide administrative support and be the face of the company for visitors and clients! This position is temporary to permanent, for the right candidate.

What You Will Be Doing, as a Receptionist:

· Receiving documents from couriers, customers & internal staff

· File, scan and copy documents.

· Take incoming calls and emails for the facility.

· Receiving packages and distributing them accurately and in a timely manner.

· Be client facing to assist with sales and customer service – you will be attending client meetings (most of them are really fun!!!)

· Other duties as assigned

What You Should Have, as a Receptionist:

· Must be able to work full time, Monday to Friday

· Experience is an asset but not required

Must have a friendly, bubbly, outgoing attitude since you will be client facing

· Must be able to pass a criminal background check

· Solid communication skills in English is a must

In Return, You Will Receive:

· $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience

· 4 % vacation pay accrued and paid out when requested

· Access to a Vertical Representative Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

The Shift You Will be Working is:

· Monday to Friday

· 8:00am to 4:30pm
