Beyond Physiotherapy is seeking an experienced Physiotherapy Clinic Administrator.

Work Discription:

Clinic Administrator is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of a clinic runs smoothly within the ‘front and back’ end, for both patients and staff. The position works closely with a Clinic Manager & Clinic Director and will manage other administrative front desk duties.

Responsibilities include following standard administrative processes, ensuring revenue and cash receipts reconciliation is completed accurately and timely, and providing administrative support to patients and staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operation of the clinic (customer service, sales, inventory, therapists needs)
- Provide administrative support to the team, practitioners, and patients
- Oversee the training and orientation of new staff members
- Provide world-class customer service to clients and ensure high customer service standards at a clinic level
- Coordinate patient care plans, educate and guide clients on the services they are eligible for
- Design and propose business strategies to help the clinic meet organizational goals
- Manage staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed
- Act as a liaison between patients, practitioners, and staff
- Plan and manage the clinic's inventory
- Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance with the company and the law
- Maintain a friendly and warm work environment and lead by example as a positive role model
- Creating an workplace that is welcoming and warm to the patients
- Dealing effectively with customer and patient inquiries as well as complaints




- Management of reception area
- Maintaining Accounts Receivable
- Accurately entering incoming payment and monthly deposit reconciliation
- Ensuring timely entry, accuracy and completeness of all patient data in the Jane App including intake, assessment and discharge information
- Timely submission of forms to insurance companies and stakeholders

Requirements/Competencies:

- 2+ years prior experience working in a management role
- 2+ years of proven success in leadership roles is required
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment
- Educational background in MOA Course or Business Management or a related business field
- Must be customer service oriented and prepared to liaise with patients and other health care providers
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and a multitasker
- Ability to delegate tasks as needed, and to improve team productivity
- Ability to learn about the business strategically in order to improve sales
- Must be a creative problem-solver and a self-starter
- Adaptable, reliable, and flexible with schedule
- Ability to keep confidentiality
- *Emotional maturity is a must!
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette
- High degree of organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task

Pay depends on Previous Clinic & JANE Experience.

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
