Overview:

Franico's Ristorante is looking for a professional, experienced server to join our passionate Italian restaurant team.

The ideal candidate has:

- Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant
- A valid Smart Serve certificate
- Basic knowledge of Italian wine and cocktails
- Basic barista/espresso knowledge
- Excellent communication and guest-service skills
- A positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace
- A genuine passion for hospitality and Italian food & wine
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tables, and service stations in accordance with food safety regulations




- Handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly to uphold excellent guest services
