Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. This role involves supporting warehouse distribution operations, inventory management, and materials handling to ensure efficient order fulfillment and shipping processes. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience, familiarity with heavy equipment operation, and a strong commitment to safety and accuracy in a fast-paced workplace.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a thorough understanding of warehouse workflows. The successful candidate is a self-starter, an effective communicator, a flexible team player, and take a lot of pride in their work.

This is a hands-on role, working from our Delta warehouse Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Unload, sort, and store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks (if certified).
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
- Label, scan, and track products using warehouse management systems.




- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Follow company policies and workplace safety procedures.

Experience

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is an asset.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs or as required).
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer and inventory management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.

Pay: $18.25-$20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
